I have always wanted to work at a boutique law firm due to the career opportunities a firm like I&O Partners has to offer. In addition to the variety of legal fields we get to work with in order for us to grow as professionals with the ability to look at things from many different perspectives, we get to work closely and learn directly from the partners from early on. We are encouraged to step outside of our comfort zones and to think independently, however being always supported by the experienced and highly professional team around us.
For me, this has been extremely rewarding as I have already several times held key roles in complex M&A projects, and I constantly work in the client interface. Another thing I like about boutique firms is the close-knit work community – at I&O Partners everyone knows each other, and the atmosphere is very open. Since my first day here, I have felt extremely welcomed by the entire team and I truly enjoy working here.
