Henry advises both corporate and personal clients on domestic and international tax matters related to corporate and personal income taxation as well as matters relating to mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining I&O Partners Henry has worked as a tax advisor at a Big Four audit firm and has also assisted clients in the above mentioned fields of law in another law firm.
