Eero assists clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as on matters relating to general corporate, commercial and contract law. He also advises clients on dispute resolution in connection therewith. Eero has experience in cross-border M&A transactions and matters related to EU competition law. During his studies at the University of Helsinki, Eero worked as a trainee for two business law firms and the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
