Our redefined strategy will allow us to further strengthen our services to corporate clients by directing our resources to corporate legal needs. Our focus areas will be domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate and commercial advisory, finance, corporate tax, and commercial dispute resolution.
By narrowing our services to corporate clients, we are positioning ourselves as their strategic partner, offering top-notch, personalized advice and support for their most complex engagements. Our goal is to be the preferred boutique law firm in Finland, providing agile and personalized service without compromising on quality. The unique blend of the experience of our partners Risto Ojantakanen and Andrei Aganimov, who have worked in Finland’s largest law firms and abroad, and the ambition of our younger generation lawyers to become market leaders, ensures skilled and professional service for our clients.
