Prior to joining our firm, Helena has worked at other Helsinki-based law firms and has gained experience from several M&A deals assisting clients both on the buy and sell-side. In addition, Helena advises clients in corporate and contract law related matters as well as in all employment law related issues, such as employment and director contracts, cooperation procedures, dispute situations and other employment law related day-to-day matters.
