Otto advises clients on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law. Before graduating Otto worked in our firm (then Itäinen & Ojantakanen Attorneys Ltd) as a senior trainee. Prior to pursuing a career in law Otto worked as a medical doctor in the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS).
