Laura Hirvijoki specializes in contractual and corporate law related questions. She advises clients also on mergers and acquisitions, in both domestic and cross-border transactions. In addition, she advises clients with data protection related questions, procurement law and maritime law. Before joining I&O Partners, Laura worked in another Helsinki based law firm and in two different large companies as an in-house legal advisor.
